VOLKER MILCH is an independent solo musician based in Bonn/Germany. The music can be classified in the genres synth, electro, indie, pop and the moods are danceable, melancholic or dark. VOLKER MILCH was initially characterized by the electronic music of the 80s. The music relies on English-speaking sample parts predominantly of female singers and on German lyrics sung by founding member Hauke. From time to time VOLKER MILCH collaborates with other artists, creating remixes, covers or new tracks. VOLKER MILCH was founded in 2015 by two friends as an electropop duo The music Skull Smith and I reinterpret „Shout” by the exceptional “Tears for Fears” song! This track has influenced an entire generation and is one of the best songs by this band. Our cover transports the song into the modern age, without losing the fascination of the original. Skull Smith's voice enhances the song and gives the cover its very own character. This song is our third collaboration: Check out also “A Forest” and “Energy From The Stars”. VOLKER MILCH now has a rich catalog of music to offer, covering different moods and genres. Music by VOLKER MILCH found lovers on various radiostations and on streaming portals. As an electropop duo VOLKER MILCH released the albums "Lautlos" (2017) and "Endlich" (2016). The albums are still available on bandcamp as CD‘s. The two decoupled singles "Unschlagbar" and „Dunkelheit (Ich lass Dich nicht los)“ found a place in the playlists of several internet radio stations and were presented in the newcomer show "WDR2 Pop", a radiostation with daily 3,3 million listeners.
