Radio LRdR un bol d'air
Just a month ago, the first extended single "Paméla Amen feat. LISA PUNG" from the highly anticipated third studio album of PROJEKT ICH was released. This album is expected to be out in the fall/winter of 2024 or in the spring of 2025, once again under the German indie label ECHOZONE. Following the success of "Freedom For All" (2022), Ulf resumed producing demo songs after a creative hiatus. He continued collaborating with various talented singers worldwide. Ulf released two compelling cover singles: "Jesus Doesn't Want Me For A Sunbeam," sung by Richard Pustina, and "Mr Crowley," sung by Dasha Larks alias Pulse Lab. Additionally, he created a 4-track EP named "Drei Dinge" as a special contribution to Gabi Leitner's vernissage under the theme "3 Dinge sind es, die uns aus dem Paradies geblieben sind: Die Sterne der Nacht, die Blumen des Tages und die Augen der Kinder (von Dante Alleghieri)." These releases secured weeks-long positions in the Deutsche Alternative Charts, GEWC Charts, Native 25 Charts, and Radio Klangwald Charts. For the song "Dad," Ulf once again enlisted the exceptional Magdalena Herfurtner from Madil Hardis, with whom he previously collaborated on "Mit Dir" from "Freedom For All." Dedicated to Ulf's father on his 75th birthday, the song unfolds as an emotional, folk-infused synth-pop, accentuated by Manuel Trabucco's soul-stirring saxophone parts. "Dad" not only includes the original and a special edit version but also features seven compelling remixes by artists such as People Theatre, L_iGH_T, Oren Amram, Cyborgdrive, Vence Romance, and Nature of Wires. Magdalena Herfurtner joins Ulf in singing "Dad" side by side. Ulf extends heartfelt gratitude to all the artists who contributed to this special extended single release. This song is dedicated to all fathers who are loved unconditionally.
