OSCILLATION is about sound and time. Retrograth have always created drums sounds from different kinds of synthezisers as ARP odyssey, Neutron, SH 01 and the MS-20. But this needed to change Retrograth also started to use a theremin device to play filters on the live shows to make the analogue sound more dynamic and expressive. The new beats and the theremin sneaked in on the song, Field Effect, and set the theme for the EP Oscillation, where the titles has references to synth devices and electronics.
