From perfect pop sensibilities to electro-gothic darkness, the new album from Fuzzbox Kollective has something for everyone. Following on from the March 14th release of the single Ten Yard Stare, the album release is led by a new version of the classic Fuzzbox track Pink Sunshine. The current Fuzzy lineup includes We’ve Got a Fuzzbox and We’re Gonna Use It founding member Maggie Dunne on vocals and keyboards. Joining Maggie are Sarit Black (David R Black, DamageScape, Fuzzbox, Emma Blackery) on Bass Guitar and MeMe Detroit (Solo artist, Gundogs) on Lead Guitar. Jenny Tingle (Girobabies, Deep Filff) is spectacular on drums and flute and the legendary Melanie Williams (Hacienda Classical), who had the massive 90’s hit Ain’t No Love Ain't No Use with SubSub, also joins the eclectic Kollective. Powerful vocalist Firouzeh (Control the Storm, Happy Mondays) completes the lineup in spectacular fashion. Produced by Blockheads front man Mike Bennett (The Fall, Ian Brown, Toyah, Hazel O’Connor and many more) and “veteran of the synth scene” Gary Watts (Nature of Wires), the album includes stellar guest performances from Gizz Butt (Prodigy, English Dogs, Janus Stark), Jay Stapley (Roger Waters, Mike Oldfield, Suede and many, many more) and versatile session bassist Cieran Leahy.
