Fuzzbox have been making albums and gigging since the 80s under various incarnations and name changes, including the original We’ve got a Fuzzbox and We’re Gonna Use It. With many lineup changes throughout the years this incarnation, known as Fuzzbox Kollective, currently consists of Fuzzbox's longtime member Maggie Dunne (vocals and keyboards), Sarit Black (Bass Guitar) and MeMe Detroit (Lead Guitar). Jenny Tingle is spectacular on drums and flute and the legendary Melanie Williams, who had the massive hit with Ain’t No Love Ain't No Use, also joins the eclectic collective. Powerful vocalist Firouzeh not only fronts the new amazingly catchy rock pop tune Ten Yard Stare, but is also the new female vocalist for the iconic Manchester band Happy Mondays and has worked with the Johnny Marr-related Freak Party. Produced by Mike Bennett (The Blockheads) and Gary Watts (Nature of Wires), the track has commercial sensibilities whilst retaining the classic Fuzzbox rocky edge, heard on tracks such as Rules And Regulations and Supernova. The group has played many festivals, including both Glastonbury and Shiine On to critical acclaim and will continue to play live throughout the year.
