Tooth Gore is the electrifying solo project of Kobi Joe, a surf punk provocateur hailing from the seaside town of Newquay, Cornwall. Blending the raw energy of punk with the nostalgic shimmer of 1950s doowop, Tooth Gore has carved out a sound that’s as chaotic as it is cathartic, equal parts fuzzed-out guitars, reverb-drenched melodies, and brutally honest lyricism. Emerging in late 2021, Tooth Gore began gaining serious traction in 2024 with the release of his debut album Halloween, which earned widespread radio play and support from outlets like BBC Introducing. He’s since been regularly played on hundreds of radio stations around the world, including Kerrang! Radio, and Radio X. But it was his sophomore album, “For Losers, By Losers”, released in June 2025, that truly marked his arrival. The record has since amassed over 500,000 streams, resonating with fans drawn to its themes of anxiety, alienation, and youth in freefall. Singles from this album racked up over 6000 plays on the radio – and still counting! Tracks like “Uncomfortable”, “I Hate My Collarbones” and “Cold Heart Warm Skin” showcase Kobi’s knack for turning personal turmoil into sonic gold. Tooth Gore’s music is a love letter to the misfits, the anxious, and the emotionally overwhelmed. His live shows, performed solo are high-energy, DIY affairs that channel the same unfiltered intensity found in his recordings. With critical acclaim from Vive Le Rock, Powerplay Magazine, and Hard Rock Hell, and a growing presence on the UK gig circuit, Tooth Gore is fast becoming one of the most compelling voices in the UK’s underground punk scene. After writing and demoing a fresh batch of songs, Kobi Joe - the solo force behind Tooth Gore - headed into the studio with acclaimed producer George Perks (Enter Shikari, Bring Me The Horizon, Kid Kapichi, Skindred) and powerhouse session drummer Keiran Leigh. Together, they carved out four of the most high-energy tracks from the collection, shaping them into a blistering four-track EP set for release later in 2026.
