The fourth and final single from their upcoming EP, Life On TV, see’s Club Paradise hit a home run. It’s been a busy 2024 of releases from May until October for the indie rock quartet who have put out indie anthem after anthem to soundtrack your way through the turmoil of 2024. Not only that, but appearing alongside Badly Drawn Boy and Selecta at this years CoastFest, the band are gearing up for a solid return to the stage with a headline party in their hometown of North Shields. tap into some of the more American sounding rock we love and this is what happened. An anthem about not belonging and feeling like an outsider, it’s a miracle the words ‘this town’ didn‘t feature in it heavily. “This track is just meant to be played as loud as you can and as hard as we can at gigs. There’s no other way about it and we hope you really feel that when you press play and crank the volume.” With this years releases, gaining Radio X Airplay on John Kennedy‘s X-Posure, the band have also garnered support from BBC Introducing and Radio 1’s Jack Saunders. Club Paradise have also received critical acclaim from CLASH Magazine, Shortlist and Record of the Day as well as sharing the stage with as The Mystery Jets, The Futureheads, The Magic Gang, Katy J Pearson, SPINN, VANT, LARKINS and many more on national tour dates, Of the single and upcoming EP, frontman Ryan Young said: “Runaways is just pure escapism.
